Interactive Voice Response - IVR

We are pleased to introduce the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), contact number +9714 4 436 8436, a tele-banking facility that is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer your inquiries related to account balances, transaction details, statement of account and a host of other services. 

Signing Up For The IVR

You can sign up for the IVR service by dowloading the Mandate Form,  provided at the bottom of this page.  The form needs to be typed or photocopied on your company letterhead, signed and stamped by all the authorized signatories declared by your company in relation to your corporate banking account(s) with Mashreq. 

This mandate will need to be completed for each of your company’s corporate accounts with Mashreq separately. Once the forms have been completed, kindly mail the original mandate form along with the name, contact details and passport copy of the personnel in your organization to the postal address given below.

Once the original mandate has been received by our Customer Service Representative, they will contact the identified personnel within 3 working days to issue/communicate the Customer Identification Number – CIN*.

If  you have not received a response from Mashreq within 3 days of sending us the mandate form, please contact our Customer Service Unit to check on the status of your application for access to the IVR facility. 

* The CIN generated for a particular account may be used at all other touch points/ channels besides the IVR to authenticate the identity of the person calling our Customer Service Unit or writing to us through email / the Coporate Service Centre on our Web site.
