5% Cash back Campaign on Grocery & Utility Bills -Terms and Conditions
- This cash back offer is applicable only to the select UAE Mashreq Credit Card customers who have received specific communication from Mashreqbank to this effect. This offer is not transferable to anyone else.
- The cash back offer is valid for grocery purchase and for utility bill payments (including online) made and posted between 1st February and 31st July, 2010.
- Cash back on grocery purchases is only available at merchants which are classified under supermarket / hypermarket across UAE.
- Cash back on utility bill payment is available for payments made towards water, electricity, telecom, internet and television service providers in UAE.
- In order to avail and benefit from the cash back offer, the Cardholder is required to spend anywhere a minimum AED 1,500 in a calendar month. The sum total of spends during the month shall be calculated at the end of each calendar month.
- Maximum cash back amount per calendar month is AED 100 per principal customer which will be calculated based on the transactions made and posted from 1st to 31st of every month. All purchases on any of your Mashreq Credit Cards, including supplementary Cards will be counted.
- The cash back will be credited once every month, 60 days after the transaction date at the latest. The first cash back will be credited on 15th April, 2010 and the last cash back will be credited on 15th September, 2010. If the Cardholder has more than one active principal Credit Card, the cash back will be credited to one of the Cards.
- The Credit Card(s) should be active, no late payment, not over limit or blocked.
- Mashreq Millionaire certificate purchase, disputed transaction, reversals, and refunds will not be counted for cash back.
- In order to ensure all communications are received, please ensure your correct address & contact details registered with Mashreqbank.
- Mashreq reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time. Such amendments shall be provided on Mashreqbanks website: www.mashreqbank.com/cards
- The standard Credit Card terms and conditions shall apply.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- In no event shall Mashreqbank, any of its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any loss, damage ore expense arising out of or otherwise related to this cash back offer.
- Mashreqbank does not offer or provide any warranties, or accept any responsibility or liability of any kind in respect of this cash back offer and hereby disclaims any and all express or implied warranties with respect of the same.
- Mashreqbank shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise be liable to conduct this cash back offer continue to offer this cash back offer, or award any cash back pursuant to this offer, or be liable to any Cardholder as a result of any Force Majeure event. A Force Majeure event in these terms and conditions, shall mean circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Mashreqbank including amongst other things, acts of God, industrial disputes, acts and regulations of any governmental or authority in any jurisdiction. In such circumstances, Mashreqbanks obligations to its Cardholder shall automatically stand discharged without necessity to provide notice.
