Credit Shield protection gives you the option to have the outstanding balance on your Credit Card waived in case of some unforeseen circumstances, which include loss of life due to any cause, permanent disability due to any cause, and for the first time ever, as a salaried employee, you are also covered against 'Loss of Employment', at no extra cost.
Free cover for two months
As a specially selected customer of Mashreq, you are automatically covered by Credit Shield for a 2-month period at no charge.
Convenient Payment Option
At the end of the two month free cover, your Credit Shield enrollment will be automatically renewed for a monthly fee, based on your outstanding balance. The fee will be conveniently billed through your Credit Card. This amount will be reflected in your monthly Credit Card Statement.
