Rules Of Use
1. Vouchers
Detach the specific voucher for use, you do not have to carry the entire book with you.
During regular hours all offers can be used at anytime unless specified, please read all vouchers carefully.
Vouchers are not transferable. They are void if purchased, sold or bartered for cash. Offers apply only to the items and terms specified on the voucher. Vouchers are valid till 30th December 2008.
2. Valid Anytime
Offers can be used anytime except the following days:
- New Years Eve
- New Years Day
- Valentines Day
- Mothers/Fathers Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
3. Not Valid with Other Dining Programs
The Entertainer offers are exclusive and are not valid with any other discount dining offers, programs, specials or theme nights.
4. Two – For – One Dining
When ordering 2 or more main courses, the restaurant will deduct the cost of the least expensive main course(s). If two main course(s) are not ordered, the least expensive items(s) ordered as a main course will be deducted
5. Presenting your Voucher
The Entertainer voucher(s) will be presented upon completion of the evening. At the time of asking for the bill please make the waiter/waitress aware you will be using The Entertainer voucher(s) to gain your discount. The vouchers are valid only with a Mashreq Gold Credit Card.
Example of a Dining Offer
When 2 or more people dine together the least expensive main course ordered will be complimentary.
(see example below).

The least expensive Main Meal is complimentary…. AED 41
Note: As a general rule the least expensive main course(s) are deducted. If 2 main meals were not ordered, the least expensive item(s) ordered as a main course would be deducted.
6. Take Away
Unless noted the vouchers may be used for both take away and dine in (not for delivery unless otherwise specified).
The barter, trade, sale, purchase or transfer for compensation of this book or any of its vouchers by any person or entity, including but not limited to travel services, travel providers, printers, publishers, and distributors of this book or any of its vouchers, is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized by The Entertainer FZ LLC. This book and its vouchers are intended for the non-profit use of the individual purchaser of this book. Additionally, the use of this book or any of its vouchers for advertising purposes, is strictly prohibited. Any use of these vouchers in violation of these Rules will render the voucher VOID, and violators will be prosecuted. Vouchers may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Entertainer FZ LLC will not be responsible if any establishment breaches its contract or refuses to accept the vouchers, however, we will use our best efforts to secure compliance. The Entertainer FZ LLC will not be responsible in the event of Acts of God, fire casualties or other events beyond its control.
