Terms and Conditions
- The reserved memberships will allow Platinum Credit Cardmembers from Mashreq complimentary access to all partner health club membership facilities
- Access will be on a first come, first served basis or on prior booking for the day. Cardmembers are recommended to call the partner health club in advance to check availability
- Cardmembers will have to produce their valid Mashreq Platinum Credit Card along with personal identification at the partner health club reception to gain access under this arrangement
- Guests of Mashreq Platinum Credit Cardmembers will have to pay the Guest fee rate prevailing at the time and this varies across Health Clubs. The Mashreq Platinum Credit Cardmembers will be responsible for their guests while at the club
- Each partner health club will maintain a daily record of all Mashreq Platinum Credit Cardmembers who access the health club facilities under this arrangement. The cardmembers will be required to provide their 16 digits Platinum Credit Card number and sign daily records
- The cardmembers visiting and utilizing the health club facilities will be solely governed by the rules and regulations of use and safety dictated by the health club as applicable to other individual members and their guests
- All Mashreq Terms and Conditions will continue to apply
