Customer: How do I know if I am eligible for redeeming MashreqPoints?

Customer: will I be earning MashreqPoints till Feb, 12?
Agent: Sir/ Madam, you can continue to redeem your MashreqPoints till Feb, 2012, however earning MashreqPoints have been stopped as of April 18, 2011.
Customer: What is the last day to redeem MashreqPoints?
Agent: Sir/ Madam, last day to redeem MashreqPoints is April 30, 2012.
Customer: What is the last day to place request for redemption voucher?
Agent: Sir/ Madam, the last day to request for voucher redemption is Feb 29th, 2012 and the last date to redeem is till April 30, 2012.
Customer: How do I redeem MashreqPoints?

Agent: Sir/ Madam, yes, you can combine your MashreqPoints on a Credit & Debit card for redemption. You could call our direct banking center on 04-4244444 and place a request. Alternatively you may request by logging in to MashreqOnline and navigate through Redeem Mashreq points under Account Servicing Tab.
You also have an option of redeeming your Credit Card points instantly at any merchant partner outlet
Customer: I am a Debit Card holder; Can I redeem MashreqPoints at Merchant partner outlets instantly?

There are two ways of placing request for redemption vouchers
- Log on to your MashreqOnline account and request for a redemption voucher
- You can call our direct banking center on 04-4244444 and request a redemption voucher
Please note that the voucher will be delivered to you in 15 business days.
Customer: What is the difference between Instant redemption and Voucher redemption?

- In instant redemption, you can redeem your Credit Card MashreqPoints instantly at any of our online redemption outlets.
- In voucher redemption, you will have to place a request through MashreqOnline or by calling our direct banking center 04 - 4244444. The voucher will be couriered in 15 business days.
Customer: What if I do not redeem my MashreqPoints till April 30, 2012?

Effective from May 1, 2012 your MashreqPoints will no longer be available for redemption. Please ensure that redemption of all MashreqPoints are completed before Apr 30, 2012
