  • The Cash Back will be credited to the customer’s credit card account in UAE dirham once every calendar month, at least sixty (60) days after the transaction date. If the Cardholder has more than one active principal credit card, the Cash Back will be credited to one of the cards.
  • The Cardholder’s Mashreq Credit Card(s) should be active without any incidence of late payment or over limit from the start of this Programme.
  • Any disputed purchase transactions, reversals and/or refunds will not be applicable for this Programme.
  • Cash Back will not be credited if Mashreqbank, in its absolute discretion reasonably believes that in order to protect Mashreq’s interests it is essential to terminate the Cardholder’s Mashreq credit card account.
  • It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provides the correct and valid contact and address information to Mashreqbank in order to ensure registration for this Programme.
