Longines Watch Redemption Terms & Conditions

• This offer is applicable for Platinum cardmembers approved before December 31, 2010
• This offer is applicable only to the UAE Platinum Credit Cardmembers, who have achieved the required spend threshold
• In order to get the Longines watch, the Platinum cardmember is required to spend AED 90,000, which includes all retail, cash and balance transfer/easy cash transactions including local, international and online transactions
• Mashreq Millionaire certificate purchase, disputed transaction, reversals, and refunds will not be counted as spends
• The Longines watch offer is applicable to all current Platinum Cardmembers
• The Platinum Cardmembers, who received their Platinum Credit card on or after 1st August, 2009 will have to spend AED 90,000 within a year from the card delivery date
• The Platinum cardmemers, who received their Platinum Credit card before 1st August, 2009 have to spend AED 90,000 from 1st August, 2009 till 31st July, 2010
• The Platinum cardmember, who achieved the required spend threshold has to call to Mashreq Call centre on 04 424 4444 and place a Longines voucher request
• The Longines voucher will be delivered to cardmember within 15 working days of placing the request and can be redeemed at select Rivoli outlets mentioned in the voucher
• The Platinum Credit Card should be current, active, no late payment, no overlimit or blocked to avail the Longines watch
• To collect the watch, the cardmember has to present his valid active Platinum Credit Card, identity proof for verification and the original Mashreq Longines voucher
• In order to ensure that you receive uninterrupted communication from the bank regarding your Platinum Credit Card offers and updates, please ensure your correct address & contact details are registered with Mashreqbank
• No vouchers will be reissued under any circumstances
• The qualified Mashreq Platinum Cardmember is entitled to only one Longines watch irrespective of the total spend amount
• Mashreq reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time. Such amendments shall be provided on Mashreqbank’s website: www.mashreqbank.com/cards
• The standard Credit Card terms and conditions shall apply
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• In no event shall Mashreqbank, any of its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising out of or otherwise related to this offer
