Who is eligible for the lucky draw?
To be eligible for the draw you must spend a cumulative amount of AED 500 (for one entry) or multiples of AED 500 (for multiple entries) on designated Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
Example 1:
Customer A completes transactions of AED 200, AED 150, on his primary card and AED 200 on his supplementary card, his total spend at the account level is AED 550, so he gets one entry into the draw.
Example 2:
Customer B completes transactions of AED 200, AED 350 and AED 250 on his primary card and AED 200 and AED 100 on his supplementary card, his total spend at the account level is AED 1100, so he gets 2 entries into the draw.
The sum of the amount spent is based on on spends at the overall account level of that card and includes both principal and supplementary cards.
What are the prizes on offer?
The Raffle Prizes will be decided from time to time and will be communicated to you.
Weekend 1: 10 lucky winners get a set of laptops, diamond set, PS3 and iPod each.
Weekend 2: 10 lucky winners will get Diamond Vouchers worth AED 10,000 each.
Weekend 3: 10 lucky winners can win back upto AED 3000 of their transaction amount.
Weekend 4: 10 lucky winners will win a laptop each.
Weekend 5: 10 lucky winners will win a handycam each.
Weekend 6: 10 lucky winners will get Diamond Vouchers worth AED 10,000 each.
Weekend 7: 20 lucky winners will win a digital camera each.
Weekend 8: 10 lucky winners can win back upto AED 3000 of their transaction amount.
Weekend 9: 0 Cash Advance Fee on cash withdrawals of AED 500 or more on your Mashreq Credit Card.

When will the draws be held?
- The raffle for weekends 1-3 were held on May 31 by the Department of Economic Development - Government of Dubai. Click here for winners list.
- The raffle for weekends 4-7 were held on June 30 by the Department of Economic Development - Government of Dubai. Click here for winners list.
- The raffle for weekends 8-11 shall be organized in the month of July '08 and winners shall be contacted in the month of August '08.
- The raffle for weekends 12-15 shall be organized in the month of August '08 and winners shall be contacted in the month of September '08.
- The raffle for weekends 16-18 shall be organized in the month of September '08 and winners shall be contacted in the month of October '08.
Do I have to retain the charge slip for the lucky draw?
No, you do not. The data will be extracted from the transaction records held by Mashreq and all customers spending AED 500 or more will be automatically eligible for the draw.
Is there a particular card that I need to use for the cash back offer?
This offer is valid on all Mashreq Credit Cards (primary and supplementary) including Classic, VIP, Gold and Platinum cards. This offer is also valid on all your Etisalat Mashreq Credit Cards.
Do I have to use the card in only those outlets that have a Mashreq Point of Sale terminal?
No, your card can be used on any terminal and as long as you are spending the required amount, you will be eligible for the raffle.
Is there a minimum spending amount required to get the cash back?
Yes, the minimum spend at an account level must be a minimum of AED 500. However this amount can be spent at different locations and on both your primary and supplementary cards. We will consider the total amount spent.
Is there a maximum amount of the transactions that a customer can get?
Yes, the maximum amount is AED 3000 per customer.
What happens if I have more than one Mashreq credit card?
All retail transactions in the promotion period on all active and non delinquent cards qualify for the lucky draw.
The sum of AED 500 can be built around spends on all cards including supplementary cards.
So if you have two credit cards (e.g. Gold and Platinum) and hence two accounts, we will combine the spending at an account level (including both primary and related supplementary cards within the same account)
Can I participate in the draw if I do a balance transfer during the promo period?
Balance transfers (BT) are not eligible for the draw, this promotion is limited to retail transactions only. This offer is also not applicable to cash withdrawals at ATMs, Easy Cash, BT and Easy Payment Plan transactions.
Inclusions:
All Mashreq credit card holders, including staff, who spend more than AED 500 in the promotion weekends are eligible for the raffles.
All utility bill payments
All purchase transactions
Only settled transactions to be considered.
Exclusions:
Balance Transfer, Easy Cash and Cash Advance Transactions
How will you tell me if I have won the draw?
We will communicate individually with all the winners in the months following the draw months. The list of winners will be uploaded on the website.
