Winning Weekends - Terms and Conditions

• This offer is valid on all Mashreq Classic, VIP, Gold and Platinum principle and supplementary credit cards. This offer is also valid on your Etisalat Mashreq Credit Card. 
• This offer is applicable only on purchases on your Mashreq Credit Card, on all weekends between May 1, 2008 and August 30, 2008.
• Under this promotion, each weekend is defined as Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
• Under this offer all cumulative retail transactions (excluding cash, BT & EC transactions) of AED 500 and above on any Mashreq Credit card makes the customer eligible to participate in the raffle.
• Each sum of retail spends (excluding cash, BT & EC transactions) of AED 500 gets the customer 1(one) chance in the raffle, and each multiple of AED 500 gives the customer one added entry thereof.
  
  Ex: Customer A does transactions of AED 200, AED 150, on his primary card and AED 200 on his supplementary card, his total spend at account level is AED 550, so he gets 1 chance.
  
  Customer B does transactions of AED 200, AED 350 and AED 250 on his primary card and AED 200 and AED 100 on his supplementary card, his total spend at account level is AED 1100, he gets 2 chance.
• Single purchases of AED 500 and above can be made either on the principal or on the supplementary card
• Raffle Prizes for each week will be announced from time to time.
• The raffle for weekends 1-3 shall be organized in the month of May ‘08 and winners shall be contacted in the month of June’08.
• The raffle for weekends 4-7 shall be organized in the month of June ‘08 and winners shall be contacted in the month of July’08.
• The raffle for weekends 8-11 shall be organized in the month of July ‘08 and winners shall be contacted in the month of August’08.
• The raffle for weekends 12-15 shall be organized in the month of August ‘08 and winners shall be contacted in the month of September’08.
• The raffle for weekends 16-18 shall be organized in the month of September‘08 and winners shall be contacted in the month of October’08.
• Credit card holders who are delinquent (more than 60 days past the last payment due date) on their card, either during the offer period, or when the raffle is held, will not be eligible for the offer.
• Purchases made by principal card holders as well as purchases made by supplementary cardholders will be eligible for the raffle.
• Purchase reversals, refunds and transactions disputed by the customer would be excluded from the raffle.
• A customer who is a raffle winner for a particular week, is eligible to participate in the raffle draws of later weeks in the promotion.
• Mashreq reserves the right at any time to add modify or vary all or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
