Are all Etisalat and VIP Customers eligible for the promotion?
We have selected customers with good payment record with the bank for this promotion. All eligible customers will be communicated the same through the communication channels mentioned above.
Who is eligible for the assured gift?
To be eligible for the assured gift, customer has to achieve the spend target between 1st May and 15th July 09.
Who is eligible for the Mega Draw?
To be eligible for the Mega Draw, customers have to achieve their spend target between 1st May and 15th July 09. On achieving the target, he/she will automatically qualify for the Mega Draw.
When will the Mega Draw be held?
The Mega Draw shall be held on 6th August 2009. The result for the same shall be published on the Mashreq website and the winner will be called and informed.
How and when will Mashreq credit customers Talk Time, if they qualify?
- If the Etisalat Mashreq or VIP Mashreq Credit Card customer has met his spend target, FREE Talk time will automatically credited to their mobile account by 15th August 09
- If a VIP Mashreq Credit card customer has a du connection, a recharge voucher will be sent to him/her by 15th August 09
How will the customer redeem his mobile phone?
All customers who qualify will be sent a letter intimating them about how to go redeem the free mobile phone from Sharaf DG. All winners will receive their letters by 15th August 09
Does the customer have to retain the charge slip for the lucky draw?
No, Customers do not need to retain the charge slip. They will be automatically enrolled into the Mega Draw on achieving the spend target.
Is there any particular card the customer needs to swipe to achieve his/her target?
Yes. This offer is only valid to the select Etisalat Mashreq and VIP Mashreq credit card holders.
Does the customer have to swipe his/her card on a Mashreq Bank Terminal only?
No, the customer can swipe his/her card on any bank terminal
