What is IVR?

IVR is the abbreviation for Interactive Voice Response System.

This is an automated Phone Banking system which allows you to access your personal account information after dialing your account number and the TIN or Credit Card number and TIN. You can also access a number of other useful services.

In case you face any difficulties with Mashreq Direct Banking Services, you always have an opportunity to switch to a Personal Banking Advisor by pressing “0” button. Our banker will answer all the questions and give all kind of necessary clarification.

What is Telephone Identification Number (TIN)?

Telephone Identification Number is a combination of 4 digits created by Mashreq Customer for his/her own accounts. It’s used to access account / credit card details in a secure way. For security purposes your TIN should never be shared with anybody (including the Mashreq staff) and should be changed regularly.

What if I have lost/forgotten my TIN?

In case you have lost/forgotten or compromised the TIN, please call the Mashreq Call-Center immediately on 04-424-4444 to have it reissued.

How do I report loss of Credit / Debit after agent hours ?

Just call the Mashreq Call-Center - our Personal Banking Advisors operate 24*7. Card Blocking is also available in automated mode by entering the account/card number.
