eStatement Terms & Conditions
- When I/we subscribe to eStatement, all my/our statements will be eStatement.
- Mashreqbank psc (the "Bank") has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse this or any other application or stop the eStatement service at any time without any prior notice to me/us and I /we will receive only paper statements.
- The Bank shall not be liable for any loss incurred or damage suffered by me/us or indirectly by reason of or in consequence of the eStatement service.
- In case of no dispute about the contents or any entry in the A/C within 14 days from the date of receipt hence, the records of the Bank shall be conclusive evidence of the correctness of all debits and credits and balances of the Account(s).
- This eStatement service is provided entirely at my/our sole risk and in case of disclosure of the released statement, the Bank shall not be liable to me/us for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage which may arise in respect of this disclosure and/or delivery of this eStatement service through the email address(s) stated.
- By subscribing to the eStatement service I/we agree and understand that I/we shall not be receiving hard copy statement(s) for any and all my/our accounts with the Bank.
- I/We understand that the eStatement Service is free of charge; however the Bank reserves the right under its sole discretion to charge for the Service in the future after prior notification to me/us.
- I/We understand that subscribing to the Weekly or Fortnightly frequency option does not include an additional monthly consolidated statement.
Disclaimer:
Mashreq will send an eStatement confirmation message to the external email address provided in the application above. The applicant must respond to this email as per the instructions in this message for activation of the eStatement subscription. The eStatement subscription will commence only after an appropriate response is received from the applicant within the required response timeline of 30 days.
If no response is received to the subscription activation request within this timeline, the e-statement subscription will be cancelled and a fresh application will be required to apply for this service.
Mashreq will not be liable for delayed eStatements and related messages/notifications, or for the non-delivery of eStatements in complete or partial due to the suppression, disruption, blocking or filtering of email by the applicant’s internet service provider, email system or any other party.
The bank will store a copy of the eStatements transmitted to subscribers for a period of 6 months.
