How to subscribe - a step by step guide
- Sign On to MashreqOnline, and click on the eStatement tab on the main menu
- Accept eStatement Service Terms
- Select the delivery destination and frequency for your eStatements. You can opt to receive your eStatements either on your email ID, or on Mashreqonline, in the eStatments section.
- Confirm your subscription.
- If you have chosen Mashreqonline as your delivery destination, you can check these by clicking on 'View eStatements'.
If you have chosen your email ID as a delivery desitination, you will receive these based the frequency you have chosen.
- eStatement Activation:
- If you subscribe for eStatements through MashreqOnline your subscription is instantly active.
- If you subscribe for eStatements through Mashreq branches, or our 24-Hr Direct Banking Center, you will receive an email with an 'Activation Link'. You need to click on this link to activate your subscription.
