An eStatement is an electronic version of your account and/or Credit Card statement. This statement is delivered to you on your email address, or can be viewed directly on MashreqOnline.

eStatements give you the convenience to receive and view your Account and Credit Card statements at anytime, from anywhere. You can also save your eStatements, and print them at your convenience.
Most importantly, eStatements help you save paper. It’s a small way of saying 'Thank You' to our environment. - Am I eligible to subscribe to eStatements?
Any Mashreq customer holding an active account or Credit Card with Mashreq can subscribe to eStatements. - How do I subscribe to eStatements?
You can subscribe to eStatements in three different convenient ways:
- Online Banking
- Sign On to MashreqOnline
- Click on the eStatement tab on the main menu
- Click on Subscribe
- Setup your eStatements (choose mode of delivery, select frequency, etc)
- Confirm your subscription
- You can also call our 24hr Direct Banking Center on +971 4 424 4444.
- Visit any Mashreq branch
- Do I need to install any application on my computer to view my eStatements?
eStatements delivered through email are compiled in PDF format. To view a PDF document you are required to install Adobe Acrobat Reader (which is a free application) on your computer. If you don’t have Acrobat Reader and would like to install it now, please visit www.adobe.com. - How frequently will I receive my eStatements?
You can set the frequency of your eStatements at your convenience, choosing from weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and half-yearly options.
At any point in time, you can change the frequency of your eStatements either by signing on to Online Banking, or by calling our Direct Banking Center on +971 4 424 4444. - Where can I view my eStatements?
Your eStatements will be delivered to the email ID of your choice, or you can simply view them on MashreqOnline. - How is the current eStatement different from earlier eStatements?
We have enhanced the eStatement service based on your feedback. Some of the new features are:
- The new eStatements provide a consolidated view of all your banking relationships with Mashreq
- The new eStatements have an enhanced format, which makes it easier to read and understand your financial transactions
- The subscription process has been simplified and enhanced
- What are the charges for subscribing and receiving eStatements?
This service comes to you free of cost, without any charges. - Will I continue receiving printed Statements by post?
No. Once your eStatement subscription is active, you will stop receiving printed statements by post.
We know that once you experience the convenience of eStatements, you will not want to go back to the paper format. However, if you wish to unsubscribe from eStatements, you can do so by signing on to MashreqOnline. - Is my eStatement secure?
Your eStatement is delivered to the email address you specify. It is in fact, more secure than your paper statement as only you have the access to your email account. - Will my eStatements contain all my accounts / relationships with Mashreq?
Yes. Your eStatements will contain consolidated information for all your accounts / relationships with Mashreq, including loans, investments and all other relationships with the bank.
Each of your relationships will be clearly mentioned, to help you identify and track your relationships separately. - What are the Terms and Conditions of the eStatements service?

You can change your E-mail address by signing on to MashreqOnline. - What if I haven’t received my eStatements or the details in my eStatement are incorrect?
Please notify us of any discrepancies immediately by signing on to MashreqOnline or calling our 24 hr Direct Banking Center at +971 4 424 4444
