- Notifications about when your salary is credited to your account
- Information about any discrepancies in cheque payments
- Notification of any inward remittances
- Updates on transactions conducted under your Standing Instructions
Additional Services Include
- Credit card billing information free of charge for Platinum and Gold Credit Card customers
- Latest Mashreq Millionaire Draw results by SMS on your mobile phone. If your phone is switched off or out of range we will continue to try and deliver the message for up to five days. An annual fee of AED 9.95 is applicable
SMS Bill Pay
SMS Bill Pay lets you take charge of your payments, allowing you the flexibility to pay bills at a time and place that suits you. Using the service to pay your Etisalat bills and recharge your Wasel account via SMS gives you an additional 5% of talk time. What’s more, you can check your landline, GSM or internet balances and make instant payments. You can also use your Mashreq Credit Card to pay bills and get Mashreq Reward points redeemable for a wide range of gifts and services.
You can subscribe to this service by signing on to your Online Banking. Once the subscription is complete, you can start using the service. At this time this service is limited to Etisalat customers. Please read the SMS instructions below to ensure that your payments are processed quickly and efficiently.
You can access your Wasel Top Up and Etisalat Bill Payments for Telephone, Mobile and Internet Services by sending an SMS with the text below to “4250” or “4251”.
