The Mashreq Majestic 24Hours Personal Loan has been awarded the UAE’s Best Personal Loan 2013 Award by Banker Middle East. This recognition underscores the Bank’s commitment to improve the customer’s experience and fulfill their needs through customer centered innovation. Mashreq wins Best Debt House by EMEA Finance – Middle East Banking Awards.

Mashreq was recently awarded by EMEA FINANCE the award for the “Best Debt House” in UAE for 2012. This was the first time that Mashreq was recognized for its debt arrangement and syndication capabilities at a regional awards function. The Award is a reflection of Mashreq’s expertise in debt arranging across the Corporate and FI space. In 2012, Mashreq arranged in excess of USD 3 billion of debt for its clients in the region. |
Mashreq receives 'Best Regional Retail Bank Award'

One of UAE's leading financial institutions, Mashreq was awarded the 'Best Regional Retail Bank Award' at the Banker Middle East Industry Awards 2012, which took place recently. The award is a testament to Mashreq's growing regional capabilities and its retail operations, not only in the UAE, but also in the Region.
Since its inception, Mashreq has been a pioneer in the UAE banking landscape. The bank is known to have launched 'first of kind products' such as First travelers' cheques, First credit cards and First ATMs. With an extensive branch network in the UAE, Mashreq's regional presence includes Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Egypt and representatives offices across the globe. This recognition reflects the bank's innovative retail propositions & services offered to customers based on their financial requirements during the period under review.
Farhad Irani, Head of Retail Banking attended the awards ceremony and received the award on behalf of His Excellency AbdulAziz Al Ghurair, CEO of Mashreq.

The award ceremony was attended by senior banking executives and decision makers in the financial industry. The annual event seeks to showcase successful institutions within the region and highlight not only profits, but performance measure and recognizing innovation and development achieved by the most forward thinking institutions in the Middle East, setting the benchmark for excellence amongst the region's financial institutions.
