• In order to see how many points you've earned, or to use your points, you need to> Sign On to MashreqOnline, and click the "Salaam" tab on the homepage.

• See your total Mashreq Salaam points balance on the header next to your name. 
• Use the Points Calculator to simulate how many points you can earn per Mashreq banking solution. The Points Calculator is pre-loaded with your existing products to show you how many points you could be earning. You can add new products or edit existing products to see the impact on your points earning. 
• View the categories of our retail and travel partners to see where you can instantly use your points or request for vouchers for a particular retail or travel partner.

If you are an existing customer, but do not have MashreqOnline access:

• You can click here to register. 
• You can call our 24-hour Call Center on +971-4-424-4444 to inquire about your existing points balance, and request for vouchers.

1. Relationship Points

• Earn relationship points on all existing & new banking solutions that you use.
• To start earning relationship points, you must have two products under the same Customer Identification Numbers (CIF) as per below table

• Relationship points accumulated each month are credited to your total point pool on the 2nd of the following month. Islamic products will start earning relationship points effective May, 2013, which will be credited after 2nd June, 2013
• The amount of relationship points you earn for each product is linked to our new tier-based points earning method for the amounts or balances you maintain.

2. Spend Points

• Earn spend points on your Mashreq credit card & debit card purchases.

• You can earn relationship points only.
• To start earning spend points, please get a Mashreq credit card or debit card product.

Your total Mashreq Salaam points pool includes the spend points & relationship points you have earned so far.
Redeem your points in the following way:

Instant Redemption

• Get unlimited flexibility and INSTANTLY redeem any amount of points through POS (Point-of-sale) machines at selected retail and travel partners. Simply visit the Salaam website, view the list of all our partners and walk in to any brand or outlet of your choice to redeem your points.
• When you are done with your shopping and are ready to make payment, simply ask the cashier to redeem your Mashreq Salaam Points against your purchases.
• The categories of outlets in the UAE you can choose from are: electronics, jewellery, fashion, cafes & restaurants, travel, home furnishing, department stores & supermarkets, pharmacies, shoes & leather, health & beauty, office supplies and entertainment.
• We keep adding more and more retail and travel partners every month so keep visiting the Salaam website periodically to check out the latest list of outlets.
• We have also placed Salaam table top signs at selected partner outlets where you can redeem your Mashreq Salaam Points.
• Unlike vouchers that take upto 7 days to deliver and restricts redemption only at your selected retail or travel partner, instant POS redemption lets you redeem at any retail and travel partner that you choose at any time.

Gift Vouchers

• You can also exchange your points for gift vouchers for the largest selection of leading retail outlets in Fashion, Electronics, Furniture, Jewellery, Travel, and Departmental Stores.
• Your requested voucher will be delivered by courier within 7 business days.
• The voucher you request will only be for your selected retail or travel partner, and cannot be redeemed at any other partner
• To do this, you need to Sign-On, fill out the Voucher Form on the Salaam website, and submit it.
• The minimum voucher value that can be redeemed is AED 50 (15,152 points) and is valid for a period of 6 months (180 days) from the date of issuance.
• The voucher can be of any value above AED 50 (eg. AED 56, 89, 675, 3544).
• You must have an active Mashreq debit or credit card which will be needed for verification purposes at the merchant partner.
• Once a request is submitted, vouchers cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
