Trade License Renewal/Change

As per the UAE Central Bank regulation, Banks are required to retain a copy of the Valid Trade License of all the Companies maintaining Accounts with them. In case valid Trade License is not submitted for more than 60 days after expiry, charges will be recovered from the Business account each month until a valid Trade License has been submitted to the Bank. In case of any change in Ownership/other changes in the Trade License, please update your KYC. To know more Click Here. Please note the following restrictions will be applied to the business current account if the renewed copy is not provided:

Cheque Book facility revoked 90 Days
Debit Freeze on all accounts 180 Days
If the Trade License has not been updated after 180 days of expiry, the bank may take a decision to close the account.

Update Your Contact Details

It is important that we have your updated contact details. Your contact details are required for:
  • Verifying the authenticity of transactions
  • Sending transaction alerts for a debit or credit to an account
  • Notifying you about any Credit Card transaction
  • Delivering e-statements
Please note communication is only done through the registered contact details, so you don't miss out on alerts and promotions. Request on Company Letter head
Original Trade License
In case of Offshore Company, provide certificate of Good Standing/Incumbency Certificate- validity- 1 year from the date of Issue.If issued outside UAE,certified from Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Original Share Certificates(In case of Free Zone/Offshore/Non Resident)
Original Memorandum of Association (MOA)/Article Of Association (AOA) with all amendments till date
Original Board Resolution (In case of change in the signatory to the account)
Original Passport & Visa of all partners including the partner being added / deleted
For POA(Power of attorney) addition, submit Original POA form - Mashreq Format OR Notarized by Dubai Courts
