How can I redeem my noon Gift Card?
Follow these 3 easy steps to redeem a Gift Card on noon’s mobile app or noon website
1. Login or create an account on www.noon.com
2. Go to 'My Accounts' and select ‘noon credits’
3. Enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and the 4-digit PIN. Tap on ‘Redeem’, the amount will be added to your noon credits
Once redeemed, the value of your noon Gift Card will be added to your noon credits and it will be visible to you at check out on the payment page.

What is the Reference Number that is communicated to me via email used for?
A reference number is a unique sixteen (16) digit alphanumeric number associated with every Gift Card. You can find it in the email which is sent with every purchase. In case you have any complaints or questions regarding the Gift Card, noon’s customer support team will ask for this reference number. Make sure to keep it handy with you during the call. Do not share your Gift Card number or PIN with anyone under any circumstances.

Can the expiry of my noon Gift Card be extended?
The expiry of noon Gift Card cannot be extended or changed. The expiry of the noon Gift Card will be communicated via email to you along with your unique code and PIN. Any unused balance on the Gift Card will expire on the expiry date.

What is the minimum Salaam points required to redeem for a noon Gift Card?
You should have a minimum 27,000 salaam points available equivalent to AED 100 to proceed with redemption for noon Gift Card. (Conversion rate 270 salaam points =1AED). AED 100 Gift Card is the lowest denomination available for redemption.

What denominations of noon Gift Cards are available for redemption?
Noon voucher is available in AED 100, AED 200, AED 500 and AED 1,000.

What can I purchase with my noon Gift Card?
The Gift Card may be used to purchase all products across all categories on noon.com and/or its affiliates, including sale items. In the UAE, once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (UAE), SIVVI.com (UAE), noon Food (UAE), noon Grocery (UAE), and/or noon Minutes (UAE).

Can I use my Gift Card and another credit/debit card together to pay for a transaction?
Yes! If your Gift Card balance is not sufficient to cover a purchase, you can pay the outstanding balance with your preferred credit/debit card.

What if I need to return an item?
You can return an item that qualifies for a return. The qualified return amount will reflect in the same manner it was paid, and the refunded portion of the Gift Card value will reflect in your noon credits balance.

Can I give my Gift Card to someone else as a present?
Yes, if unredeemed. You can send Gift Cards to friends and family. Once redeemed into a user’s account, it cannot be transferred.
