1. Download Mashreq Egypt app
Visit the app store to get the app. Click on 'Apply for a Mashreq NEO Account'.
2. Complete account opening process
Scan your National ID and enter your remaining details.

To open a Mashreq NEO Current account, you need to be an Egyptian above 15 years of age holding a valid National ID.
Please note that an existing Mashreq customer with an active account cannot open a Mashreq NEO Current account.
You need to maintain an average monthly balance of EGP 2,000 minimum to enjoy a fee-free account.
