A manned transaction refers to a transaction made in the branch of the bank. It does not include transactions made on an ATM/CCDM
As per guidelines issued by The Central Bank of UAE, only residents are allowed to open an AED Current Account. However, non-residents can open a Current Account in a range of popular foriegn currencies.
